UN's environmental assembly

The United Nations Environment Assembly consists of around 170 countries, acting as the central representation of the United Nations, it has the ability to implement policies and initiate action concerning social, economic and political issues.

According to articles, air pollution costs us $5 trillion annually and so they have set an 80% reduction of fossil fuel use by 2050 goal. The 2015 Paris Climate Agreement states that 2/3 of the planet does not have access to controlled waste disposal, do you?
