Welcome to YOUR Changemaker programme

Have you ever had a question about the sustainability of your event or implementation of ISO 20121 but no one to ask? Do you think about the big questions like how can your event innovate to have impact or inspire systems change?

We were inspired to create the Change Maker programme from our own experience in innovation and taking action to create systems change. An event does not have to have a huge carbon footprint, be wasteful or exclusive, an event can be the trojan horse that inspires people to try something new.

The Change Maker programme is a space where you can gain consultancy level insight and contribute to a community of best practice.

What happens on the Changemaker Programme

This depends on YOU

Througout the year we will focus on themes that are shaping the future of the global event sector starting with ‘relational infrastructure’. The Changemaker community will have access to resources to explore, engage with and develop from these themes.

Our goal is to give YOU the opportunity to shape the future and we will ask you to make 2 commitments:

1- Join your monthly gatherings* to network, learn, inspire and collaborate:

  • The first Thursday of every month at 8am or 4pm Central European Time. If this is a national. holiday there will be no Change Maker meeting and there is no meeting in July

* If you are unable to attend the gatherings a recording can NOT be provided

2- Throughout the year you have the opportunity to participate in a project with Positive Impact which could make an impact with the global community of Positive Impact ambassadors. This is optional

Examples of projects could include:

  • Giving feedback on existing Positive Impact resources

  • Delivering presentations to inspire others

  • Identifying and enabling innovative partnerships

  • Testing innovative approaches to implementing ISO 20121

  • Any idea you have that will leave a positive impact
