Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the terms between Positive Impact Events and the user under which the user may access our various company websites.

This Policy applies to all users of and visitors to the websites below in addition to all websites owned by the above company and any websites users are directed to from any of the company websites:

  • Any way that communicates viruses or anything that could create similar damaging technological effects.

  • Copy or sell any parts of the sites in contravention with the terms of website use.

  • Access any parts of the sites without authority.

  • Provide any material which is: deceptive, threatening, abusive defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, discriminative (to race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age), infringes copyright or trademarks, is in breach of any legal duty owed to a 3rd party, invade another’s privacy, causes another anxiety.

  • Provide any material that promotes any of the descriptions detailed above and/or illegal activity and/or unlawful activity.

  • Comply with English and Welsh law and/or in any country from which they are posted.

  • Comply with our company values of Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, Leadership, Collaboration, Positivity and Proactivity while interacting with any of the above websites.

Suspension and Termination

We will determine where there has been a breach of this Policy. When this has occurred we will take action such as we deem appropriate. This could include removal from the sites and/or legal proceedings against you. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Policy.

The responses described in this Policy are not limited and we may take other action that we deem appropriate.
