The programme structure 📚
Twelve months, three phases and your own work as the living laboratory.
You can join at any point during the year and stay for 12 months. The monthly gatherings are the focus point where new information and insight is shared. During the 12 months you will be supported to move through 3 phases:
Phase one: Question everything! Break apart the assumptions of your current work. Apply new frameworks (doughnut economics, systems thinking, ISO 20121) to real events, organisations and communities.
Phase two: Design YOUR experiment. Test transformation in YOUR actual work. Share what happens with the community.
Phase three: Build momentum and start participating with frameworks and resources that will reach the wider global events community. This work will go beyond the programme year and leave you in a different place from your start point.
The Change Makers Monthly Gathering is Convened by Fiona Pelham 🌍
Fiona has spent 20 years building global community around the idea that events are a climate and social solution. She chairs ISO 20121:2024, the global standard for sustainable events management and leads the only Race to Zero Accelerator for the events sector globally. Her promise for this programme is:
