How the learning goal & how it will be achieved:

The learning goal for ISO 20121 Implementation is for you and your team to use the resources provided to help support you to understand how to and to practically implement ISO 20121.

Measuring how the learning goal will be achieved:

The learning evaluation questionnaire below should be completed to gain CPD hours. This is the way to measure how well the learning goal has been reached. The team at Positive Impact will review all submissions. Once your evaluation has been reviewed, CPD will send you your certificate. Please note that this can take 6-8 weeks and is not the responsibility of the Positive Impact Team.
