Dealing with modified activities, products and services
The procedure for dealing with modified activities, products and services is:
1. During regular sustainability team meetings ask if any new/modified activities, products or services or changing operational circumstances have been encountered (Note: these changes could include a change to legal requirements).
2. If they have been, ask if decisions were taken with the issues, objectives, targets and plans in mind (it is likely that a large number of situations of modification will require an immediate response eg onsite decisions)
3. During regular sustainability team meetings review and amend where relevant issues, objectives and plans to ensure the best overall solution is delivered adhering to the organisation’s statement of purpose and values and sustainable development policy when dealing with modified activities, products or services
4. This procedure will be implemented and reviewed annually during the sustainability team workshop
