Is available as documented information
Is communicated within the organisation?
Is made available to interested parties as appropriate?
Includes a commitment to leadership within the field of event sustainability management?
References its statement of purpose and values?
Includes a commitment to principles?
Represents the foundation for all event related activities, products and services
Considers requirements of supply chain organisations?
Considers requirements of each stage of the event management cycle (from conception, planning, implementation, review to post event)
Considers requirements related to the output from engagement with interested parties?
Considers requirements related to the needs of end users?
Considers requirements related to legacy issues?
2. This procedure will be implemented and reviewed annually during the sustainability team workshop.
