Summary for the month:
In December, your time of investment is as a whole team is 2 day for the whole team. This means it is not 2 days per person, it is 2 days collectively.
This month’s intention is for Positive Impact and T-Mobile to complete workshop 2 homework and complete education of the SDGs .
Actions to take in December:
Complete homework tasks from workshop 2 that haven’t been done. Actions to be completed after workshop 2 are:
Complete Workshop feedback survey
All members of T-Mobile to watch interview with UN Development programme on SDG impact of events.
Review minutes and note relevant actions
Save minutes to uploaded documents
Hold a Sustainability Team meeting using the Post Workshop 2 Agenda as a guide
Review Actions for Risks and Opportunities of T-mobile’s Key Issues in team meeting
Complete ISO Objectives, Targets and Plans in team meeting and ensure it is filled in by any relevant departments.
Upload filled in ISO Objectives, Targets and Plans to uploaded documents
Work as a team to finalise sustainability policy in team meeting using sustainability policy template and inputting T-Mobile’s objectives as stated above.
Save finalised policy to uploaded documents
Have it signed off sustainability policy with new objectives with top management
In team meeting, Identify how to add to an existing, or create a new communications plan, and share this with top management
Feedback to top management with your minutes from workshop 2 and team meeting
Education on SDGS (Can start at the beginning of the month):
Each Team member to spend at least 2 hours learning using educate
