Performance against governing principles of sustainable development:

1. Regular sustainability team meetings where the progress against objectives and targets will be evaluated against the organisation’s statement of purpose, values and governing principles of sustainable development (risks and opportunities will be reviewed in line with this).
2. Where relevant use of a maturity matrix format to evaluate current and target performance against the organisation’s statement of purpose, values and governing principles of sustainable development through a sustainability team workshop
3. This procedure will be implemented and reviewed annually during the sustainability team workshop
