ISO 20121:2024 – Key Updates and Learning Resources

In 2023, the ISO 20121 standard underwent a review process which introduced a number of important updates. These changes place a stronger emphasis on:

  • Climate change

  • Human and child rights and safeguarding

  • Legacy

All Positive Impact workshop materials now reflect these updates. To further support your learning, we have created a series of video interviews with Fiona Pelham, CEO of Positive Impact and Chair of the ISO 20121:2024 committee.
