ISO 20121:2024 – Key Updates and Learning Resources
In 2023, the ISO 20121 standard underwent a review process which introduced a number of important updates. These changes place a stronger emphasis on:
Climate change
Human and child rights and safeguarding
Legacy
All Positive Impact workshop materials now reflect these updates. To further support your learning, we have created a series of video interviews with Fiona Pelham, CEO of Positive Impact and Chair of the ISO 20121:2024 committee.
Focus Areas
The videos explore three key clauses of the ISO 20121:2024 standard:
4.1 Understanding the Organisation and Its Context
6.3 Objectives and Planning How to Achieve Them
8.3 Supply Chain Management
In each interview, Fiona Pelham answers three guiding questions:
What are the key changes?
What does this mean for the future?
How can this be practically implemented?
Over the coming months, we will release a video dedicated to each of the above areas.
